The Cars of Pulp Fiction film

Pulp Fiction is an American black crime comedy film that was produced in 1994. The film was directed by Quentin Tarantino and is known for its ironic mix of humor, eclectic dialog, violence, and pop culture references. Pulp fiction movie was previously nominated in various categories of the Seven Oscars Award such as THE BEST ORIGINAL SCREENPLAY which it won and THE BEST PICTURE award among others. The film also won the PALME D’ OR in the 1994 CANNES FILM FESTIVAL. In the film, some of the most outstanding scenes involve cars. And these Pulp Fiction cars include 1992 Acura NSX, 1964 Chevelle Malibu, and the 1974 Chevy Nova among other vehicles.

1992 Acura NSX

The 1992 Acura NSX is a mid-size sports engine car which is a product of the Honda Auto Company. The brand Acura NSX was majorly a vehicle for the North American market while Honda NSX brand was sold to other parts of the world. The prototype of the first generation debuted at 1989 CHICAGO AUTO SHOW as a sports car. The 1992 Acura NSX comes with an all-aluminum body and a V6 engine. Acura NSX of 1992 is a two-seater rear wheel drive. However, the over the years the Aura NSX automobile has had all wheel drive options with a twin Hybrid V6 engine. The engineers of this car have always looked for a balance between comfort and performance. As a result, the Company managed to include features such as traction control, air conditioning, audio system, and spare tire. They also ensured that the vehicle was light enough to increase its fuel efficiency.

The other Pulp Fiction car is the 1964 Chevelle Malibu, which is also a mid-size car manufactured by the Chevrolet of The General Motors. Some of the body styles of this model of automobile includes sedan, station wagons, convertibles, and coupes. The 1964 Chevelle Malibu in the pulp fiction film tops the line model from 1964 through to 1972. The car had a V8 six-cylinder engine that produced 220hp. Over the years, the car has proved to be reliable and very durable.

1974 Chevy Nova

The 1974 Chevy Nova is also among the pulp fiction cars. It is a compact car that is a product of General Motors in the Chevrolet division. The 1974 Chevy Nova is created from the X Body Platform. It is a front wheel drive car with modified bumpers. Some other features include a new bowtie grille and large parking lights. And it comes with a 5.7 liter V8 engine. Its power glide was redesigned with a lightweight version of a three-speed Hydra-Matic 350 turbo power train. The 1974 Chevy Nova has other addition features such a glove compartment and lighting under the dashboard. One notable feature of the car is that you could not start the car until you fasten the seatbelt.
