The 2017 Nissan 370z Nismo has been since 2016 and uses a more powerful variation on what the standard model of the 2017 Nissan 370z offers. With the 2017 Nissan 370z Nismo, the initial 2017 version provided a 450 horsepower hybrid engine that could produce 325 pound feet of torque. Since the initial 2016 release though, there have been a few different upgrades on the vehicle, as it remains in production today. The latest 2017 model uses a seven-speed automatic transmission, instead of the six-speed manual that came with the version, and there are also some basic tweaks that have given the vehicle a slightly larger rear, all while improving the fuel economy and boosting the engine performance as well.
The Nismo is just one of the many different trim options available on the 2017 Nissan 370z. The different variations range from the coupe style and the Roadster, which uses a soft-top convertible design, to the Fairly Z, the Yellow and several other designs. The vast majority of these have been around since 2009 though, just like the 2017 Nissan 370z Nismo. This gives buyers the ability to decide what kind of feature upgrades they would like on their vehicle without paying for features that do not fit their needs.
