2017 Nissan GTR

2017 Nissan GTR

The 2017 Nissan GTR is the Japanese car maker’s response to the upsurge in the production of muscle cars across markets in the United States. Able to compete among world-renowned brands such as the Chevy Camaro and the Ford Mustang, the GTR will be the life of the muscle car campaign that has been raging for quite awhile, bringing its V8 drivetrain engine into the big boys’ game. It is still unknown when the company will unleash this particular car, but it’s being speculated that it is soon in the works.

2017 Nissan GTR is expected to have a powerful V8 engine and the type of engine that it will be is still in much speculation as the company is yet to announce this. Rumor has it that the company has been considering new technology called the V8 Powertrain, and this is what is suspected to be in this particular ride. Pumping up to 700 horsepower, with 500 horsepower on its basic make at the factory. The car is expected to be a 5 speed gearbox with a Tilton carbon clutch for the transmission to all wheel drive mode.

Work on the chassis is expected to be all new, with an elegant yet aggressive change to the previous look that the GTR had. Naturally the car will come in its sports design with the use of modern features. It is expected however, that unlike previous models, the 2017 Nissan GTR will be different in its use of lightweight material and excellent technology in its driving.

The release date for the car has also been kept under wraps, with the knowledge of the car itself being scanty. However, it is possible that the car is released in the year 2017 if everything goes according to plan. Performance issues are still a major concern and if this standard is not reached by the year, the engineers could decide to delay the release of the vehicle until the next year. Quality concerns are one of the major issues with this car. A proper competitor to the established market brands is what is going to get the 2017 Nissan GTR the proper name that it requires. With the knowledge of what the car will be like, we can only wait and hope to see that our expectations are even surpassed by the engineers of this car.
