Who Won the Truck Race?

Two hours before the Cup race, the truck series held its own race. Kevin Harvick was the winner, leading more than half of the laps. This win gave him a record 17 truck race wins, making him the most successful driver in the series. He also became the third driver to win in all three series.

In this race, track position was everything. Ryan Preece was leading when he crashed into Camden Murphy’s Ford on Lap 1. However, Smith took the lead and led every lap of the first stage. He was followed by Corey Heim and Ryan Preece. On Lap 53, Smith passed Preece and took the lead.
